Terms
First order C.O.D., cash in advance, and net 30 after initial purchase - pending credit approval. All open accounts that are past due by 60 days shall be termed cash in advance accounts. Ledra requires payment prior to shipment on all inactive accounts (accounts with no activity for 365 days or more). Once your account is considered inactive said customer must re-apply for terms of credit. Minimum Order amount is $100. A $30 fee will apply to all orders that do not meet the minimum amount. Samples, replacements and add-on orders placed within three months of original order are exempt from the minimum order policy. A 50% deposit is required on all custom products and non-refundable. A 50% deposit may be required on orders over $10,000.00.
Prices
All prices set forth in the Ledra Brands' price guide are subject to change at any time without notice. Unless otherwise specifically provided in writing, all orders will be billed at the prices prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices for special or modified items must be issued in writing from Ledra Brands and are firm for thirty (30) days. Purchase orders that are for standard, special, or modified items received and accepted by Ledra Brands within such 30-day period will be price protected for shipment within ninety (90) days from the date of the order. Only prices evidenced by a written quotation issued by Ledra may offer price protection for a different period. Releases for shipments beyond the price-protected period (standard or non-standard) will be increased in price in accordance with Ledra Brands' next published price guide.
Minimum Order
All orders placed totaling less than $100 will be charged a handling fee of $30. No exemptions to this policy will be granted unless the order is for replacement parts and the original purchase order is provided.
Freight
Please note that there is no freight allowance unless specified by Ledra Brands. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Most merchandise in stock is shipped within 72 hours. Every effort will be made to ship complete orders. If you would like us to ship partials please specify. All merchandise will be shipped F.O.B. Tustin, CA by UPS or common carrier at our discretion unless otherwise noted.
Rush Order Process
Rush Orders must be faxed or emailed to customer service to confirm the rush order and stock availability before 12:00 pm from the time zone the rush order request is sent from. Once the rush order is received, customer service will verify if the item(s) is in inventory. If the item(s) are not in inventory, customer service will contact the sale representative or customer via fax, telephone or email within one hour of receipt of PO. If items are not in stock, Ledra Brands cannot ship the same day.
Expedited Orders
Any request to expedite shipment of an EXISTING order will change the order to rush order. The rush order fee will be applied and the order will then be treated as a rush order.
Rush Order Fee
All rush order have an additional rush order fee or $35.00 (up $2500 order value). The $35.00 rush order fee is in addition to freight and handling charges. The customer is required to use the item number RUSH FEE and the $35.00 charge on their rush order PO to ensure that the order is processed as rush order. Order exceeding $2500, will require confirmation of rush order fee from Ledra Brands customer service representative. If Ledra Brands does not ship the rush order on time, then the rush order fee will be removed from the order and will not appear on the customer’s invoice.
Freight For Rush Orders
There is not a freight requirement for rush orders (order do not have to go by expedited service). All POs received with Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day Air noted will automatically be charged a rush order fee and the order will ship the same day.
Partial Orders
Rush orders that ship partial will have the same shipping method as the first shipment unless a written request is received by Ledra Brands to ship the balance of products another method.
Claims
Goods are inspected and securely packed prior to shipment. In order to detect possible concealed damage, shortage, or loss, packages should be opened and fully inspected by customer or consignee upon receipt. All claims should be filed with Ledra Brands within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Whether damage is obvious or concealed, all cartons and interior packing must be saved for inspection by the carrier.
Cancellations
Ledra will accept order cancellations from customers if issued in writing prior to shipment. A 25% cancellation fee plus any reasonable charges or expenses from commitments made by Ledra Brands. Will be assessed and charged. Special order product (large quantity & non inventoried item ) will require additional cancellation fee. Actual fee to be determined by Ledra Brands. Upon receipt of cancellation request. Verbal order cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellation of custom or modified-standard products will not be accepted. All costs of warehousing and freight on orders cancelled after shipment shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns
Return goods require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please fill out the online form or fax RMA form to customer support at (714) 259-9969. Return freight charges will apply (restocking fee and freight charges waived only on Ledra Brands' error). Product must be returned in original condition & packaging within 30 days of receiving the product for credit to be issued. A restocking fee of 25% (minimum) will apply; actual fee will be determined by condition of returned goods. Special order product (large quantity or non inventoried items) will require additional restocking fee. Lamps, wires and cables are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Actual fee will be determined by Ledra Brands. All returns are subject to inspection of merchandise. The specific nature of problem must be identified for any item to be returned as defective. Lamps must be shipped back with fixtures for proper evaluation. Returns allowed on cataloged items only; customer damaged, custom products, discontinued items, or modified products are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Deductions should not be made until credit is issued by Ledra.
